Publishing, Author Branding &
Book Coaching
In today's competitive publishing market, self-publishing has become a welcome change, making becoming a published author a possibility for more people than ever before. However, being an author in today's social-media-centered world goes far beyond writing a manuscript.
Do you want to write for children?
Do you want to write for a niche market?
Do you want to include diverse characters with differences and/or disabilities?
Do you want to learn to create a brand, develop an audience, and launch an author platform?
There's a lot to think about before publishing your book.
We can help.
Hearing Loss, Advocacy, and Inclusion
Today, we so often hear the buzzword inclusion- in our schools, at our companies, on college campuses- but do we understand what it truly means? Most people do not. Many times it is up to parents to advocate for their children with disabilities until eventually the child learns to self-advocate in school, college, and the workplace. Often at work, inclusion and accommodations happen when one employee brings awareness to his/her cause.
Does your organization/company want to improve its inclusion efforts?
Do you have a child who needs help improving his/her self-advocacy skills?
Do you need help finding and applying to the best college for your student with disabilities?
Do you/your child need help creating an advocacy plan at a new school, college campus, or workplace?

College Application Process, Resumes, and Job Search
Anyone who has ever looked for a job knows that the process can be a job in itself. You need to first find listings to apply to, then customize resumes and cover letters to fit specific applications, and, if you're lucky, prepare for the interview. Oh, and don't forget your thank you note and follow up! With college applications, there's the additional collection of transcripts, standardized tests, and college essays. For anyone who struggles with organization, and even those who don't, these processes can be completely overwhelming.
Do you/your child find the college/internship/job application process overwhelming?
Do you/your child need help crafting college essays, resumes, and/or cover letters?
Do you feel unsure about how much to include about your disability in your college or job application?
Do you wish you had a better way to organize the application process and know next steps?

There's a lot that needs to be done before you land your dream job/school.

Having an eye for design doesn't come easily to everyone, but small details can make a big difference! Themes, special touches, and a cohesive look can make any event, from a birthday party to a corporate event to a wedding, go from beautiful to unforgettable. A personal touch is all it takes to make a house a home or to make a wedding your wedding.

Do you want to learn to bring your Pinterest board to life?
Do you have an upcoming event that lacks theme, design, or details?
Do you find that you have great ideas but don't know how to bring them all together?
Do you want to create stand-out party favors and custom gifts with a personal touch?

There's a lot to think about before planning your next event.

Marketing, Branding &
Social Media
At many companies, entire departments are dedicated to marketing and even social media. Yet for smaller companies, startups, and non-profit organizations, the art of social media, branding, and marketing may fall on your shoulders (along with a multitude of other tasks). For any organization, business, and even for personal branding, presenting a clear, consistent message and defining a target audience are of the utmost importance.

Do you want to create a new brand or rebrand an existing one?
Do you want to better define and reach your target audience(s)?
Do you want to learn to build and maintain a website without relying on web developers?
Do you want to reach children and their families through your social media presence?
Do you want to ensure your branding is inclusive and welcoming to diverse audiences?

There's a lot to think about when designing your marketing platform.
