Jade is 11-years-old and wears one hearing aid, but she isn’t the only person in her family with hearing loss. Like Jade, her youngest sister also has unilateral hearing loss, and both her dad and her 8-year-old sister have bilateral hearing loss. Jade is a great role model for her younger sisters. Her dad describes her as loyal, passionate, intelligent, and wonderful! She excels in the mainstream setting, is fluent in Mandarin Chinese (WOW!), and is also a talented musician,
